Permission to use all documents, including white papers, press releases, models and FAQ's (collectively "Documents"), from this server ("Server") is granted, provided that: (1) the copyright notice reproduced below appears on all copies of Documents and includes the phrase "Reproduced by Permission", (2) Documents from this server be used solely for informational, non-commercial or personal use, (3) Documents will not be used, reproduced, copied, displayed, performed or posted on any network computer or broadcast in any non-print media, and (4) Documents are not modified whatsoever. Any use of Documents for purposes other than those listed herein is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted. 

Documents specified above do not include the design or layout of the valculus.com website or any other websites owned, operated, licensed or controlled by Valculus Limited (collectively "Valculus Websites"). All such documents are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Valculus and/or its respective suppliers hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to this information, including all implied warranties.

In no event shall Valculus and/or its respective suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, reliance, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other action.

Linked websites are not under the control of Valculus and we are not responsible for the contents of any linked website or any link contained in a linked website. Valculus is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Valculus.

3. FORUMS, DISCUSSIONS AND COMMENTS

3.1 You shall not upload to, or distribute or otherwise publish on the message boards (the "Forums") any libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or otherwise illegal material.

3.2 (a)Be courteous. You agree that you will not threaten or verbally abuse other Members, use defamatory language, or deliberately disrupt discussions with repetitive messages, meaningless messages or "spam."

3.2 (b) Use respectful language. Like any community, the Forums flourish only when our Members feel welcome and safe. You agree not to use language that abuses or discriminates on the basis of race, religion, nationality, gender, sexual preference, age, region, disability, etc. Hate speech of any kind is grounds for immediate and permanent suspension of access to all or part of the Service.

3.2 (c) Debate, but don't attack. In a community full of opinions and preferences, people always disagree. Valculus encourages active discussions and welcomes heated debate in our Forums. But personal attacks are a direct violation of this Agreement and are grounds for immediate and permanent suspension of access to all or part of the Service.

3.3 The Forums shall be used only in a non-commercial manner. You shall not, without the express approval of Valculus, distribute or otherwise publish any material containing any solicitation of funds, advertising or solicitation for goods or services.

3.4 You are solely responsible for the content of your messages. However, while Valculus does not and cannot review every message posted by you on the Forums and is not responsible for the content of these messages, we reserves the right to delete, move, or edit messages that it, in its sole discretion, deems abusive, defamatory, obscene, in violation of copyright or trademark laws, or otherwise unacceptable.

3.5 You acknowledge that any submissions you make to the Service (e.g. Review or Commentary) may be edited, removed, modified, published, transmitted, and displayed by Valculus and you waive any moral rights you may have in having the material altered or changed in a manner not agreeable to you.
