Consulting companies

Valculus provides its full range of products and services to consulting partners. They are subsequently tailored to meet the needs of mutual clients. The central platform of the product and service offer is the ValueSim module knowledge bank.

Relationship management

Valculus develops mutually beneficial relationships with its consulting partners. Our working relationship broadly follows three stages:

Initial engagement

Valculus initially engages with a consulting partner to establish the potential for utilising RbV with its clients and in the development of their own practice. The process is always end-client driven, and will usually involve the delivery of an executive programme for a mutual client.

Early stage development

Initially, Valculus works directly with its consulting partner to develop and deliver client assignments. Strategic issue(s) are jointly agreed with the client, a joint client proposal developed and the assignment delivered. For bespoke ValueSim assignments, the Valculus consulting process is integrated with its consulting partners to ensure seamless delivery to the end client.

Full accredited working

Once full simulation skills and ValueSim software training is completed and a number of successful client assignments conducted, the consulting partner becomes fully accredited. At that stage the Valculus role becomes more advisory, focussing on bespoke development and overall quality control.

Future development

Our consulting partners are all specialists in their own industry or business process areas. They are ideally placed to develop future product offers. Specific illustrations are as follows:

  • Development of a brand and reputation management module
  • Development of intangible asset valuation for financial management purposes
